We work with individuals, families, and seniors to make practical diet changes that fit their unique lifestyle. Instead of short-term diets or quick fixes, we work with clients to build healthy habits for longevity, disease prevention, and weight loss for years to come.
Our six-week one-on-one coaching program takes you through all aspects of food and nutrition, including motivation, mindset, time availability, stress factors, meal planning, food labels, shopping on a budget, cooking skills, cultural and family dynamics, and more. The program includes weekly meetings, daily check-ins, as well as shopping trips and cooking (local clients). It is customized to your specific needs and the environment around you to make sure your new habits stick. Coaching for specific needs, such as weight loss and sports nutrition is also available.
Program participants can enroll in a less intensive follow-up support program or join our peer support community. We are also available for hourly consultations, nutrition talks, and workshops.
