Similar to a personal trainer experience, we work with individuals, families, and seniors to make practical diet changes that fit their daily routines and lifestyle. Instead of short-term diets or quick fixes, we help clients build healthy habits for longevity, disease prevention, and weight management. Our approach relies on evidence-based nutrition, with nothing to buy except real food.
Our six-week one-on-one nutrition coaching program is customized to each client's goals, whether it is weight management, sports nutrition support, or improved health span and longevity. You will learn to navigate complex nutrition information and discover how to overcome barriers to healthy meals, including motivation, time limitations, and habit formation. Other topics might include meal planning, reading food labels, cooking skills, cultural considerations, family dynamics, and much more.
The program includes weekly meetings, frequent check-ins, as well as shopping trips and cooking as needed (local clients). It is customized to your specific needs and the environment around you to make sure your new habits stick.
Upon completion of the program, participants can enroll in a less intensive follow-up support program. We are also available for hourly consultations, nutrition talks, and workshops.
